I offer three different coaching packages to match with what clients need. Some are looking for a bit of guidance, and others desire more accountability and support. The packages are built around all the services I offer as a trainer.

Online coaching is much more cost-effective than training in-person. Having a trainer in-person at a gym would quickly run you $500-$1,500+ a month. That's because you're paying for the trainer and also paying significant gym overhead costs. With this coaching, it's just me and you working together, so we can keep it much more affordable for you. 

Commitment Discount - Paid in full

I don’t do “hard sales” or ‘pain points,’ ‘fast-action-bonus,’ or annual discounts to prey on temporary motivation. Rates are the same year-round because the coaching quality is the same year-round.

I do offer a "paid in full" option so clients can get a discount in exchange for their commitment to their program. PIF programs term length is determined individually but typically lasts 12 to 24 weeks.

Other than PIF programs, all coaching packages are automatically billed every four weeks with a 1-click cancel at any time.

Individualized Guidance

Level One: $200 / four-week cycle

After the thorough Initial Assessment, I’ll provide guidance to you with an individualized Fitness Program for you to follow to ensure you’re working smartly & safely. You’ll gain access to all my guides & resources, exercise technique videos, and product recommendations. You’ll receive an invite to my private fitness training app where you’ll find your program and be able to track schedule, stats, progress, and results. I’ll be provide support in weekly email/text or exercise technique video review and monthly 1-on-1 check-in phone/video call.

 

Individualized Guidance coaching includes:

  • Thorough Assessment process (see the process in Pillar 01)

  • Access to all Nutrition and all Health & Fitness resources (see list in Pillar 02)

  • Individualized Complete Fitness Program (see how it works in Pillar 03)

  • Weekly Email support and monthly 1-on-1 coaching call (phone or video) (details in Pillar 04)

  • Training app account and technique video analysis (see Pillar 05)

This coaching level is best for…

Someone who wants to know ‘what to do’ so that they can do it (mostly) by themselves. I’ll be your coach to make sure you’re doing the right things in the right ways, but you’ll be mostly responsible to make sure it happens.

Accountability Bonus

Level Two: $425 / four-week cycle

After the thorough Initial Assessment, I’ll provide guidance to you with an individualized Fitness Program for you to follow to ensure you’re working smartly & safely. You’ll gain access to all my guides & resources, exercise technique videos, and product recommendations.

I’ll be provide support in weekly email/text or exercise technique video review and monthly 1-on-1 check-in phone/video call.

We will also do an Individualized Nutritional Needs Analysis and Individualized Nutrition Habit Change Guidance plan for you. You will get an invitation to download my app. Your customized programming, notes, and video demonstrations will show up in your app when it's time for you to train (including reminders and tips). As you train, fill in your stats within the app and I can monitor your progress and see, your results reported and charted for me. I will schedule workouts to keep you accountable, and continually adjust your plan based on your stat tracking and preferences.

those looking for the most support. This coaching package is as close to the in-person training experience as we can get! Frequent 1-on-1 interaction to support your efforts in every facet of health & fitness, and extra support where &. when you need it most. This coaching package is great anyone who has struggled to meet their goals using any other program or personal trainer.

Top Level Coaching

This is my top level of coaching. I have limited spots available for this coaching level because of the time I commit to each client. I take this seriously and reserve enough time in my schedule to deliver for you.

The number of available slots varies with the number of clients I have in Levels One & Two — but never more than ten clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much will this cost me?

The total cost will depend on your training duration. I don't use contracts but do encourage people to stick with it for at least 12 weeks. I don't want you to be my client forever, though. That gets boring for me and makes me feel like I'm not doing an excellent job for you.

I offer different packages depending on what your needs are. Some people are looking for a bit of guidance, and others either desire or need much more direction, support, and accountability from me. Billing runs on four-week cycles because workout programming is in four-week cycles (rather than monthly intervals).

There will also be costs for gadgets and tools--like kitchen stuff, mobility gadgets, and training tools.

Cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time. I don't have a mandatory training contract, but I suggest you stick with it for at least 12 weeks. There's a certain amount of time required for the biological tissues of your body to change. And the longer you've been doing unhealthy habits, the longer it will take to reverse things.

Your training information and resources will be available to you until the end of your last billing cycle. After that, it will be archived.

I can’t guarantee your results of course, but I back up my work because it's the right thing to do, and I am confident in my abilities,

I offer a trial period without any contract and refunds for pre-paid programs if you become unable to participate in your program.

Scholarship

I believe finances shouldn’t be a barrier to your best health and online health coaching lets me offer coaching at a low cost while still earning a fair rate for my abilities. I extend scholarships because my main reason for coaching is to make a positive impact. Specific applicants can receive discounted coaching based on their circumstances.
