Most of these questions are screening questions to learn exactly what's important to you. If we are a strong match, I'll send you info on how to get started with coaching. If I'm not a good match for you, I can help you find a better solution.
All the questions are packaged in this simple Google Form. The Inquiry form takes only seven to ten minutes and includes simple questions about your physical readiness, prior experience, current status, and your goals.
